User is calling or send a ticket saying that he can't purchase or transfer a new or an existing domain via because he is receiving an error message.

Go to the Toolkit L2 and create a L3 ticket and select "Domain to be registered / Renewed Manually" or "Domain Transfer".

One of the Cloud Support web technicians will take the ticket and complete the task.

**NOTE** Before sending an L3 ticket, make sure the client have an account in Account Manager and a Credit Card on file so billing can charge accordingly.

If the client doesn't have an Account yet : You need to create a billing ticket asking to create the account.
