Cancel the trial of Veeam License Rental and Veeam Cloud Connect services

Description
Please follow this article if you enabled a trial of Veeam License Rental or Veeam Cloud Connect services and want to stop Veeam services before getting invoiced.
Important Notes
Veeam License Rental or Veeam Cloud Connect services cannot be removed from Cumulus if usage is reported from the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) with Sherweb for that organization.
Requirements
- Only users with the one of the following roles assigned can proceed with this procedure: Service Provider Global Administrator, Service Provider Administrator.
Procedures
Cleanup of Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) servers
- Remove backup jobs aiming to a Veeam Cloud Connect repository (if any).
- Delete any orphaned backup files in the Veeam Cloud Connect repository (if any).
- Remove the configuration about the service provider inside the Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) server.
Cleanup of Veeam Server Agents
- Remove backup jobs aiming to a Veeam Cloud Connect repository (if any).
Uninstall of Veeam management agents
1. From the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) portal, go into the Discovery section and identify the desired machine using the company name, the hostname or the search field.
2. Then, select the desired machine, click on Management Agent and click on Delete.
The server will now be removed from the console and the agent will be uninstalled.
Cleanup of Veeam licenses
1. From the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) portal, click on Configuration.
2. Click on Plugin Library, then click on VCSP Pulse Portal.
3. From the VCSP Pulse portal, click on License Keys and remove licensed keys assigned to the organization to offboard.
Processing period
Wait for one to two (1-2) days to process changes in our systems and update the usage.
Cleanup of your Cumulus account management portal
Now that the usage is removed from the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) with Sherweb, remove the Veeam Activation offer in your Cumulus account management portal.
The organization will then be removed from the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) with Sherweb.
