Getting Started with Harmony Email & Collaboration

Your partner account should have been created during the initial provisioning process. You will receive an email with instructions to go to the Harmony Email & Collaboration portal, where you can provision companies.
To get started with Harmony Email & Collaboration, you can access their administration guide, which includes Getting Started and an advanced search.
Important: When adding new domains to Microsoft 365,
ensure you refer to the domain setup guide to avoid downtime or service interruptions.

Are free trials available?
All tenants start off as 14-day trials, but you can convert them to paid at any time within your MSP tenant.
Trials without auto-convert enabled will expire when the trial period ends, and must be switched to paid manually.
To enabled auto-convert, go to Settings>Tenant Management>When a POC expires>Automatically assign a license.
When auto-convert is enabled, trials will be converted after 14 days to the base plan - Email & Collaboration Protect - without add-ons.
Paid or NFR licenses can be added at any point during or following a trial period.
Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?
When creating or modifying the organization for which you want to provision NFR licenses, follow this guide and in the Manage Tenant License section, select either NFR / IUL or NFR / IUL Complete Protect.
