Getting Started with Perimeter 81

Thank you for choosing Sherweb as your Perimeter 81 provider. As organizations increasingly adopt remote work and cloud-based resources, securing your network has never been more crucial. Your partner account should have been created during the initial provisioning process. You will receive an email with instructions to go to the Perimeter 81 portal, where you can provision organizations.

To get started with Perimeter 81, you can access their knowledge base, including User Guides.


To select other guides, use the menu or the seach Filter.


About subscriptions

The only subscription that you can provision with Sherweb is Premium Plus – which will be invoiced as it's new name: Harmony SASE Private Access Complete (Perimeter 81) – chosen from the Monthly menu. All other plans, including annual plans, are being discontinued by the vendor and provide fewer features and functionalities, at a higher cost, than the new Private Access Complete (formerly Premium Plus).


The two Add-Ons that are available with Premium Plus – Internet Access Essentials (formerly Secure Web Gateway) and GateWay – can also only be provisioned monthly.

Are free trials available?

No. There are no fee trials available at this time.


Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?

Yes. When you sign up for Harmony SASE in the Partner Portal for the first time, your new account entitles you to your first 10 seats at no cost. This single, free NFR is available to the partner only, with a 10-user limit. The default plan is Private Access (Premium Plus) with one gateway.
