How to use a public-contacts folder as an address book

Synopsis

This guide will show you how to use a public-contacts folder as an address book.

Prerequisite

How to

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click on Folder List.
  3. Right-click on the public folder Contact List and select Properties
  4. Choose the Outlook address book tab and put a check in show this folder as an e-mail address book, then Apply and OK
  5. Open your address book. 
  6. The folder will now appear as one of your choices.
