Understanding your Performance Cloud invoice

This guide explains the difference between the current balance and the forecasted balance.

You must be a Performance Cloud client.

1. Log in to the Partner Portal

2. Click on the organization name to display your billing summary. There are two columns for Performance Cloud: Current and Forecast.

3. Current represents your bill as per the current date, based on your actual service usage.

Forecast represents the estimation of the amount to pay for the complete billing period, based on your current usage.
