This guide explains how to manage your voicemail box and settings from the control panel

Prerequisite

You must be a Sherweb VoIP Cloud Services user

How to

From the online portal you can:

• change your voicemail password
• setup voicemail notification methods
• change the email address used for voicemail notifications
• play and record your voicemail greetings
• and much more.

Log in to the online portal and go to the CLOUD PBX tab, then expand the VOICEMAIL option.

Changing your voicemail password / PIN

Your voicemail access code (and other minor options) is located in the Voice Menu part of that list.
