This guide explains how to manage your voicemail box and settings from the control panel
You must be a Sherweb VoIP Cloud Services user
From the online portal you can:
- change your voicemail password
- setup voicemail notification methods
- change the email address used for voicemail notifications
- play and record your voicemail greetings
- and much more.
Log in to the online portal and go to the CLOUD PBX tab, then expand the VOICEMAIL option.
Changing your voicemail password / PIN
Your voicemail access code (and other minor options) is located in the Voice Menu part of that list.
