Configuring MicroSip

Synopsis

This FAQ explains how to add a Cloud PBX account to the MicroSip softphone app.

Prerequisite

You must have a Cloud PBX account.

How to

1. Download and install MicroSip

 

2. Click on the arrow and select Add Account.

 

 

3. Enter the account credentials and sip server IP ADDRESS (not FQDN) as per example below:

 


Note: The Login and Password are not the same as those used to access the Self-care interface. Please contact our support team to obtain this information.

 

4. Click SAVE
