What to do if an import job fails


  • You must have an Exchange account with Sherweb.

How to

1) If the PST import tool returns Failed as the status of a PST file import, click on Retry.




2) If Retry fails, select Pause and then delete the pst file from the FTP server. You can do this in the Data import screen in the Control Panel.




3) Scan your local copy of the pst file (using the Outlook Repair Tool).

4) Re-upload the pst file and then click on Retry.
