The Microsoft Customer Agreement 

Applicable to

All Sherweb customers and end-customers purchasing Microsoft online services

MCA 

The Microsoft Customer Agreement is a contractual agreement between Microsoft and its end-clients. It applies only to customers who purchase Microsoft online services and replaces the previous Microsoft Cloud Agreement.

Sherweb’s direct customers can accept the MCA either through Sherweb’s online portal or upon initial acceptance of Sherweb Master Service Agreement on our website.

Sherweb’s partners must obtain their customer's acceptance of the MCA before they can order Microsoft products and services for that customer and they must confirm their customer's acceptance of the MCA through Sherweb’s online portal. Partners cannot accept the MCA on behalf of their customers.
