When creating a Project in Google Workspace you get the below error:
This error means the Project creation is turned off and needs to be enabled.

1- Open your Admin console.
2- Go to Apps > Additional Google services > Google Cloud Platform.
3- Select Cloud Resource Manager API settings.
4- Check the Allow users to create projects box.
5- Click on Save.
Then, open your notifications once more and click Retry.
