Important Notes

• Please do not update the Portal web address to ensure the certificate in place is including the “Fully Qualified Domain Name” (FQDN) of the proposed URL.
  
  
• Please note that the Portal web address is used when configuring the integration with identity providers and for sending welcome emails.

Requirements

• Only users with the one of the following roles assigned can proceed with this procedure: Service Provider Global Administrator, Service Provider Administrator.

Procedure

1. From the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) portal, click on Configuration.
   Then, click on Company Info and finally, click on the Portal Branding tab.
   
   
   
   
   
2. From here, you can change few elements like the color scheme, the portal name, and logos.
