TABLE OF CONTENTS

Description

You can centralize alarms and notifications from a Veeam One server using the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC).

Requirements

  • To allow the connection of Veeam management agents to the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC), the outbound network traffic to gw.ca.vspc-cloud.com (for the CAN console) and gw.us.vspc-cloud.com (for the US console) on port TCP 6180 must be allowed.

  • The Veeam management agent was previously deployed on the destination machine. If not already installed, here is the article about the deployment of the Veeam management agent: [URL TO DEPLOY MGMT AGENT]

  • Only users with the one of the following roles assigned can proceed with this procedure: Service Provider Global Administrator, Service Provider Administrator, Service Provider Operator, Service Provider User.

Procedure

  1. Open your Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) with your credentials.

  2. Once the Veeam management agent deployed on you Veeam One server, that server will appear in the ONE Servers tab in the Discovery section.
