TABLE OF CONTENTS
Description
You can centralize alarms and notifications from a Veeam One server using the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC).
Requirements
- To allow the connection of Veeam management agents to the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC), the outbound network traffic to gw.ca.vspc-cloud.com (for the CAN console) and gw.us.vspc-cloud.com (for the US console) on port TCP 6180 must be allowed.
- The Veeam management agent was previously deployed on the destination machine. If not already installed, here is the article about the deployment of the Veeam management agent: [URL TO DEPLOY MGMT AGENT]
- Only users with the one of the following roles assigned can proceed with this procedure: Service Provider Global Administrator, Service Provider Administrator, Service Provider Operator, Service Provider User.
Procedure
- Open your Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) with your credentials.
- Once the Veeam management agent deployed on you Veeam One server, that server will appear in the ONE Servers tab in the Discovery section.
- Select the server and enable Alarms Data Collection.
- Go in the Active Alarms section.
Veeam One alarms will now show in your Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC).
