How to create your vendor account with Sherweb’s new vendor management feature

Synopsis

This guide explains how to create a vendor account using Sherweb’s new vendor management feature.

You must be assigned permissions that allow you to create organizations.

Log in to your Cumulus account.
On the left-hand side menu, select Vendors to see a full list of vendors for which you can create a partner account.
On the right-hand side, select Setup for the vendor you wish to create an account for.
Complete the required fields and click Submit.
You will receive two emails:
- The first, from Sherweb, detailing how and what to use your vendor account for.
- A second will be the activation email from the vendor to enable your account.
Follow the instructions in the vendor's email to get started on provisioning licenses.
