Windows Agents only - Steps to be completed by Tenant to delete the original backup jobs

This procedure applies only for 30 days or less retention scenario and if you are using Veeam Agents connecting to our Veeam Cloud Connect service.


Those are the steps to complete once you have received the second email to remove your old backup job.

Note: For Partners with multiple Tenants, this procedure must be completed for each of them.

Procedure

  1. Locate the original job and delete it
    • In your Veeam Agent console, select the hamburger menu, then select your original backup job and then select Remove job.
