This onboarding guide is designed to help you integrate IRONSCALE's powerful tools to enhance your email security and ensure your customers remain resilient against cyber attacks. Your partner account should have been created in the IRONSCALES management platform during the initial provisioning process. You will receive an email with instructions to go to the IRONSCALES management platform, where you can provision customers.


To get started with IRONSCALES, you can begin with this Quick Start Guide. You can also access their Knowledge base which contains an extensive Getting Started section, including their Onboarding process and Supported Platforms. Browse the other categories to find more support articles and FAQs.


How can I manage customers?

You can read about deploying new customers here, and refer them to these user-guide videos. The page also includes templates to use when sending notifications to your customers. For example, to inform employees of the email experience if IRONSCALES features are in use.

Are free trials available?

Yes. A 14-day Premium trial—including up to 2000 profiles—is automatically applied to organizations you create. Free trials do not auto-convert to paid—you must manually converted them.


Are NFR (not-for-retail) accounts available?

Yes. NFR accounts are included by default when you purchase the activation offer in Cumulus, and will remain active if you begin reselling IRONSCALES within the the first 90 of the purchase. Otherwise, you will be contacted by IRONSCALES to determine the next steps and how to switch your NFR to a paid subscription.  

  • Note that you will not lose access to your console/data after the 90 days—you will just be contacted to switch the licensing.
