Expanding the size of your disk

Synopsis

This guide will show you how to increase the size of an existing virtual machine’s disk in Performance Cloud

Prerequisite

You must be a Performance Cloud client.

How to

1. Go to your virtual machines in your dashboard. Select your VM and then click SHUTDOWN.

2. Go to CONFIGURE, select the disk you want to expand, and then click on EXPAND in the bottom right.

3. You can either drag the indicator on the slider to the right or enter the exact size of the disk you wish to have. Click on the checkmark and wait for the operation to complete.
