How to Change your Proofpoint Account Password
This article explains how a user can change the password for their Proofpoint account.
You must have a Proofpoint account with Sherweb.
1. After logging in, click your name, found at the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down through the information until you find the password field. Enter a new password in the Password space. Type your password again in the Retype Password field.
4. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
