You must have an Online Backup user account or admin account

Online Backup has an online user guide that is accessible directly from the Online Backup portal.

1. Go to https://backup.cld.services, enter the LOGIN name that you were assigned, and your password. Click Sign in.

2. In the top right-hand corner, click the question mark.

The guide will appear on the left-hand side of the page.
