This guide explains how to transfer a call directly to another user's voicemail

Prerequisite

You must be a Sherweb VoIP Cloud Services user

How to

A call can be transferred directly to a users mailbox, without making their phone ring first.

Dial *4* followed by the extension number you want to transfer the call to.

You can also simply dial *4* + the extension number if you want to leave someone a message directly on the voicemailmail without the phone ringing.
