Logging on to the online portal
This guide explains how to access the online portal for VoIP / Cloud PBX
You must be a Sherweb VoIP Cloud Services user
From the online portal, you can see your call logs and recordings, configure your extension on your cell phone, update your email address, configure your call forwarding / follow me calling rules, and manage your voicemail box.
The online portal is found at http://account.voip.cld.services.
Your login and password should be supplied by your system administrator.
The first time you log in you will be prompted to change your password.
