Setting up call forwarding / follow me call


This guide explains how to set up call forwarding / follow me call


You must be a Sherweb VoIP Cloud Services user

How to

Log in to your online portal and go to CLOUD PBX tab, under Forwarding.


From here you configure:

  • how long your extension will ring before going to voicemail
  • other destinations for the call to go to (like a cellphone, home phone, another extension).

Alternate destinations can be configured to all ring at the same time, or to ring in the order you placed them.
