This guide will explain how to generate call records from the Cloud PBX Self-care portal.
You must have a Cloud PBX account with us and have access to the admin user for that account.
- Log in to the account and navigate to Reports.
- Click on Transactions
- Choose your timeframe
- Click on Show Records
- You can now click on show details if you want to look at the call reports in this window.
- You can click on download to download the records. (You will need to convert the .csv file and filter the columns if you are searching for something in particular.)
- You can also download the call recordings depending on if they are still available.
