This guide will explain how to generate call records from the Cloud PBX Self-care portal.


You must have a Cloud PBX account with us and have access to the admin user for that account.

How to 

  1. Log in to the account and navigate to Reports.


  1. Click on Transactions

  2. Choose your timeframe

  3. Click on Show Records

  4. You can now click on show details if you want to look at the call reports in this window.


  1. You can click on download to download the records. (You will need to convert the .csv file and filter the columns if you are searching for something in particular.)

  2. You can also download the call recordings depending on if they are still available.
