Known Issue - Self-Service Restore Portal – Displayed backup content is incomplete
In some cases, the Self-Service Restore Portal may not display all backed up items.
- Clear the cache in your browser and try again
- Open a private window with your browser and try again
- Open the Self-Service Restore Portal by using another browser
- Use Veeam Explorers to explore backups
