Known Issue - Self-Service Restore Portal – Displayed backup content is incomplete



Issue :


In some cases, the Self-Service Restore Portal may not display all backed up items.



Solutions :


  • Clear the cache in your browser and try again

  • Open a private window with your browser and try again

  • Open the Self-Service Restore Portal by using another browser

  • Use Veeam Explorers to explore backups
