Error messages and explanations when linking Nerdio Manager for MSP (NMM) with Sherweb




Here are some error messages you could get while linking your Nerdio Manager for MSP (NMM) deployment with Sherweb. 

Error examples


Invalid Enrollment Request

This message is displayed when the URL in the wecome email has expired or has already been used to complete the onboarding process.

No Subscription Found


This message is displayed if no Azure subscription was found in the tenant you logged in. Make sure to use credentials with the Global Administrator role in your Microsoft tenant (The Microsoft tenant where Nerdio Manager for MSP (NMM) is deployed or will be deployed). If you don’t have an Azure subscription yet, please contact your account manager to create an Azure subscription with Sherweb.

Authentication failed


This message is displayed if you refused to provide your consent for the Nerdio onboarding. Your consent is essential for the Nerdio onboarding. Please close opened windows, repeat the onboarding process, and provide your consent to complete the Nerdio onboarding process.

Nerdio Response Error (mention of another distributor under the error)


This message is displayed if your Nerdio Manager for MSP (NMM) deployment is still linked with another Cloud Service Provider (CSP). That other Cloud Service Provider (CSP) must unlink your Azure subscription before the link with Sherweb.
