Description
Please review this article to facilitate your move from another Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) to the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) with Sherweb.
Requirements
- Only users with the one of the following roles assigned can proceed with this procedure: Service Provider Global Administrator, Service Provider Administrator.
- Have the Veeam Activation offer enabled on all required organizations in your Cumulus account management portal.
Procedures
Cleanup of Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR)
- Remove backup jobs aiming to the previous Veeam Cloud Connect repository (if any).
- Remove the previous configuration about the old service provider inside the Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) server.
Add a new service provider inside Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR)
- Follow this article to add the proper configuration inside each Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) server:.
- Create new backup jobs aiming to the new Veeam Cloud Connect repository (if any are required).
Uninstall the Veeam management agent

If the previous Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) is not available for the uninstall procedure above, the Veeam management agent will have to be uninstalled from managed machines.

Deploy the new management agent
