Invoicing
The recon engine will collect actual HacWare usage on the 15th of each month for the previous period, from the 16th to the 15th, and send the billable units directly to Sherweb's billing engine for inclusion in your regular monthly invoice.
Usage is based on a snapshot on the 15th of the number of users per month, per product.
HacWare does not provide prorated billing for mid-cycle transitions.
Example: If you purchase or transfer on May 14th, you will be billed for the full month on May 15th for the period from April 16th to May 15th.
